Webflow Exit Audit · last updated 21 October 2026

This notice explains what the Webflow Exit Audit at audit.grorapidlabs.com does with your information. It adds to the Grorapid privacy policy, which covers everything else we do.

Who we are

Grorapid Labs Private Limited, Rohini, Delhi 110085, India. Questions or requests:hello@grorapid.com.

What we collect

  • Your email address, so we can send you the report link.
  • The website address you enter.
  • When you agreed to the audit, and whether you asked for occasional tips.
  • The audit itself: what we found by reading the public pages of that website, the way a search engine does. We don’t log in and don’t read anything that isn’t public.

We use your internet address only for a few seconds, to stop abuse (spam checks and limits on how often a form can be sent). We don’t store it.

Why we use it

  • To run the audit you asked for and email you the private report link.
  • To follow up once about your report, since you asked us to look at moving your site. You can tell us not to.
  • To send occasional tips about moving off Webflow, only if you ticked that box. Every email has a way to stop them.

How long we keep it

We delete the audit, the report and your email address 90 days after the audit. Email us if you want them deleted sooner.

Who helps us run it

  • Cloudflare: website security and the spam check on the form.
  • Amazon Web Services (SES): sending the report email.
  • Contabo: the server that runs the audit and stores the results.

We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone else.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or stop emails at any time by writing to hello@grorapid.com.

Your report link

The report is private: there is no login, and anyone with the link can open it. Search engines are told not to list it. Share the link only with people you trust.
